PALOMINO ISLAND

We invite it to enjoy an unforgettable crossing from 4 hours to only 30 minutes of the center of Lima, aboard a comfortable and sure yacht cruiser, gifted of a sophisticated team of navigation, experienced crew, baths and other comforts.
The Cruiser to Islands Palomino is a crossing ecoturística IN YACHT. We leave from the Callao in western direction, and then toward the south we flank the Island San Lorenzo. We continue navigating the Island The Pediment until arriving at its south extreme, and then we turn again toward the west entering to the Ecological Zone, where we will see the guano birds that are repopulating this island. We will pass to average mile of the Island Cavinzas, a typical guano island, in order then after navigating two miles to arrive to Islands Palomino. To our arrival the seals are used to approaching the ship, surrounding it for moments. In Islands Palomino we will remain an approx. of 40 minutes, and we will be flanking them to appreciate their intact ecosystem of guano island, characterized by the joint presence of seals and sea birds.

Of Palomino we will continue our excursion navigating the western coast of the Island San Lorenzo until arriving at the ridge north, enormous rocky hill of almost vertical walls in whose top is found the lighthouse of the island. After flanking the ridge we will arrive at a small also called bay the Ridge, of very tranquil water and with some small beaches of sand and stone that are formed for the low tide during the day. This bay is the zone of summer vacation of the yachts of The Tip for which is habitual to see various of them anchored in this place. Here we will anchor our yacht it more fence than of the beach. After being a time here we will initiate our return to the Callao.

REAL FELIPE FORTRESS

We will carry out an interesting one traveled through to the fortress of the Real one Felipe, the largest one of all them built by Spain in its colonies of America. It located in the Port of the Callao, the main one of the Republic of Peru, was built from 1747 as defense against the attacks of the pirates that knew that of there we left the loaded galleons with the gold of the Inca. At present the fortress is the headquarters of the Museum of the Army of Peru. It emphasizes in its constructions the Tower of the King and the Tower of the Reyna.
The Tower of the King was respected inside the defensive plan of the Real one Felipe as a fortress inside the fortress. The tower counts on three levels (calls base, buttress and window), existing in two of them platforms with tubes; the first one with 24 tubes of iron and the second with 8 bronze.
The Tower of the Queen was equipped with ammunition dumps, provisions and even had its own well (to the present time has water).
