CITY TOUR AYACUCHO
Assistance in the bus station or airport and transfer to hotel selected. In the afternoon tour of the city including the Main Square, one of the largest and most beautiful country; Cathedral, with wonderful finely carved altars and coated in gold leaf, the pulpit is one of the most notable of the city; University of Huamanga, the Temple of Santo Domingo, one of the church vault , designed in the form of the latin american cross, has a magnificent dome and altars of baroque style; La Merced, with its magnificent oil paintings and La Magdalena. Then visit the Monastery of Santa Teresa, with one of the most extraordinary Baroque altars in Peru; Acuchimay Mirador , the craft district of Santa Ana and colonial mansions such as Casa Olano and House Jáuregui and Vivanco. |

EXCURSION WARI+QUINUA
After the breakfast, visit to the ruins of Wari, located to 22 km of the city, old capital of the first Empire Andean, impressive complex constituted by streets, squares, tombs of stone, paths, ways, reservoirs of food and structures in stone.
Will continue us to the city of Quinua, located to 35 km of Ayacucho, famous for its innumerable churches built in clay. In the main square is located the museum of place and was in this place where signed the Capitulación of Ayacucho, an act that sealed the freedom of americas. Then we will visit the Historic National Sanctuary of the Pampa de la Quinua, just one kilometer from the village of Quinua, where they carried out the Battle of Ayacucho. Return to the hotel.

EXCURSION VILCASHUAMAN
Early in the morning, after breakfast, begin a journey by bus from Ayacucho to the small town of Vilcashuaman, located 120 kilometres south. This place was an important city because it represented the path of Inca towards chinchaysuyo (the coast). The city was probably built by the Inca Pachacutec. The buildings are very similar to those that exist in Cusco. Visit the Temple of the Sun and Moon. Then visit Ushno or Altar of the Inca in Peru only for its design and architectural beauty.
In the afternoon excursion to Intiwatana, Inca residential centre which is located near from Vilcashuaman in the district of Vischongo. There will visit the Inca Palace, the Tower, Bath Inca and the lagoon located near the palace.
In the afternoon, return by bus to the city of Ayacucho |
