ITINERARY

07:30 a.m. Pickup at Hotel. We depart for the city of Lunahuaná.

Arriving at the town of San José of Snow, we will know its history and also we will do a brief walk to visit its archaeological zone that still you can be traveled for sections. This Inca road is not difficult neither exacting to travel through, besides is possible to contemplate everywhere the extensive plantations frutícolas (apples, avocado pears, etc) and with a beautiful view of the landscape. In remote times the town was a route frequented by arrieros that expected to arrive at this place to rest in its task to descend ice of the snow-covered, in times in which this was produced to 4,500 m. s. n. m. Subsequently with the arrival of the Spanish colonists and the process of evangelización or integration to the Christianity opted for calling to this place as San José of Snow.

Continuing our road we will visit the town of Sisicaya we will learn the legend of its origin besides doing a stop to see its old houses and colonial church, archaeological zone and the Inca road in Sisicaya.

The traveled through continues for Antioquia district of the province of Huarochiri whose population is dedicated to the production of apples and quinces. Lunch (optional).

After the lunch we will go to a living altarpiece that is the beautiful town of Antioquia and its esplendido window of a fertile producing valley of apples and quinces. We will know on the farming industry from the place based on apple and quince they will be able to see the elaboration of the nectar of apple, cider and marmalade of the products mentioned. To opportune hour we will initiate the return to Lima.
